Q

hi i was wondering if i am doing something wrong i habe the 32 channel on my mac pro but on my iphone app i only see 16channels is that a bug or i am doing something wrong?

Performer is limited to 16 channels. SoundCaster will automatically detect all the channels available from your console but you have to enable 16 or less to include in the mix. By default SoundCaster will stream the first 16 channels enabled.

Q

Hello,
Can or will this platform allow input channels to be grouped/bussed together? i.e. Grouping 10 drum mics onto 1 channel in Soundcaster vs 10 individual channels?

Thanks,
Daniale

Hi Daniale,
We do not yet have the ability to create sub-groups but we do plan to add that later. Right now you would need to do that kind of grouping with your console if it is capable.

Q

When will this be available for windows computers and Android phones?
Thank you

It will, likely, be 3 to 4 months before we begin beta testing the Android version. Until then maybe consider a used iPhone 6 for less then $200

Q

How far out is an Android version of Performer?

We are, likely, 3 to 4 months away from beta testing the Android version. But, a used iPhone 6 is less than $200 these days.

Q

Hi, If I bought the SoundCaster app for my mac ... Can I use it forever? or the license has some class of time limit.

Hi Rodrigo,
Yes. SoundCaster is a one time purchase. You will own it forever. Audio Fusion will be like the old software model. Someday we might come out with 2.0 which has so many great new features that you will want to upgrade. However, that will be up to you if you want to upgrade or continue to use 1.0
I. The mean time you will continue to get all the improvements we make to the system through regular app updates.
1.0 is in final review with the app store so we expect it will be available today or tomorrow.
Director is still in beta testing so send me an email at leafblad@audiofusionsystems.com if you would like to test that optional app.

Thanks,
Brandon

Q

I have downloaded all aspects of your system and I can see the music on the computer but cant hear it on my cellphone.

Hi!
Your question came through as 'anonymous'.
Send me an email at leafblad@audiofusionsystems.com and I will be happy to help.
Let me know which version you are running of each of the apps, which version of the iPhone/iPad you are connecting with and, if possible, a screen shot of Performer when it is connected but not getting audio.
Thanks,
Brandon

Q

Any chance you will also be doing a windows version (along with Android apps)?

We do plan to release a PC/Android version of the system. Beta testing for those may not begin for 3~4 months. Be sure to subscribe to our email list to be notified when we need testers.

Q

what is the next launch date?

It should be any day now. We are just waiting for final approval from the app store!
